about this team

GEC Data analytics team supports all aspects of the Guest Education Center (our customer support center) through data and advanced analysis. We connect data across the guest journey - from stores and site, to after purchase - to understand what guests need and how to make their interaction with lululemon great. We are analytical, curious and always looking to connect data to guest experiences.

core responsibilities
  • Analyze & provide actionable insights on Guest Support performance for product teams and senior leaders.
  • Creation and maintenance of ML models in our data lake (revenue, appeasement, interactions, etc.)
  • Support our product teams with analytics, A/B testing and quantifying business impact, including financial implications.
  • Creates presentations, business commentary, and dashboards for GEC Operations & Technology partners
  • Performs financial modeling/simulations, sensitivity analysis, hypothesis creation and testing
  • Provides analytical support and tracking for financial forecasts for strategic initiatives within Guest Support
  • Consults on data warehouse integrations and collaborate with technical reporting cross functional partners
  • Share trends, identify gaps, and make recommendations with our product and operational teams to determine how to optimize revenue and drive automation.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners on large scale, high impact intake requests to identify reporting solutions and providing insights from GEC operational data
  • Build and analyze reports and dashboards to identify trends and results in employee information (LOAs, attrition, training effectiveness, etc).
qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in analytics focused role
  • Strong Proficiency with SQL and Python Required
  • Power user of MS Excel & Power BI
  • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks an asset
  • Experience with financial reporting an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and datacloud
  • Experience with data modeling principles and best practices
  • Proven ability to form clear business requirements for ambiguous business questions
  • Skilled at turning complex analysis into simple conclusions and recommendations for executive leadership

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - $138,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
