The Design Operations team is pivotal in optimizing workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring the seamless execution of design strategies. We are experts in the go-to-market (GTM) process, removing operational roadblocks and enabling our design teams to achieve their milestones. Our work unlocks creative capacity and empowers teams to focus on their core design endeavors.
Assist Senior Manager, Design Operations and Design Leadership Team in ensuring the efficiency of design processes within lululemon
Process Optimization: Support in optimizing and managing Design tools and processes within GTM guardrails to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Initiative Delivery: Support in the execution of department-led initiatives that extend beyond the GTM calendar, such as long-term brand and product strategies.
Milestone Support: Support in managing logistics and preparations for key Design milestones and deliverables.
Support in Design Team Operations around budget planning, training and development and Design Team portfolio management
Support in maintenance and management of Design Operations tools and processes.
Provide project and task-related support as needed

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300 - $72,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
