You are a perfect fit if you have experience in:

• Negotiating, dispatching, and assigning carriers to support shipments
• Managing carrier portfolios, developing relationships, and matching lanes with freight
• Sourcing new carriers and developing relationships
• Communicating shipment details proactively with carriers and internal teams
• Collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives
• Working closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and colleagues daily

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of freight brokerage/dispatching experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is an asset
• Team player with leadership qualities
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Experience with Load Boards such as LoadLink
• Knowledge of multi-state geography
• Organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Windows applications and industry-specific software
