Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our Canadian lending business. You will actively promote loan and protection products, assess customer needs, and manage the full sales cycle from application to closing, including credit checks and payments processing.

You will build trusted relationships through proactive service, work toward personal and team sales goals, and contribute to a high-performing, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, in person and virtually — from application to closing.
• Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service.
• Stay focused on individual and team sales goals.
• Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
