You will promote loan products, mentor colleagues, manage the full sales process from application to closing, and build trusted customer relationships both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support others toward leadership growth.
• Sales experience in financial services or related industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value and results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell loan and protection products, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the overall success of the branch, including helping drive key initiatives and contributing to team development.
• Mentor and support colleagues, sharing best practices and helping the team perform at its best.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions, managing the full sales process from application to closing, both in person and virtually.
• Build strong customer relationships and earn trust through excellent service.
• Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
