Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow the business by promoting loan and protection products, understanding customer needs, and guiding clients through the full sales process from application to closing.

You will build strong relationships, deliver excellent service, and stay focused on achieving individual and team sales targets while performing credit assessments and processing payments. This full-time role offers a dynamic, sales-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in finance, sales or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with a focus on targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, in person and virtually—from application to closing.
• Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service.
• Stay focused on individual and team sales goals.
• Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
