As a Live Chat Agent you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to students parents and faculty through our online chat platform. Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming chat inquiries from students, parents and faculty
  • Provide accurate information and assistance on a variety of topics related to our educational programs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
  • Ensure a positive and engaging chat experience for all users
  • Maintain detailed records of chat interactions and follow up as needed
