Job Description
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive engagement, expansion, and retention of our Canadian user base through strategic multi-channel communications. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Braze.
Reporting to the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll execute and optimize our marketing and transactional communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, and SMS. You're energized by strong user engagement, think holistically about the end-to-end customer journey, and leverage data and technology to continuously test and improve performance.
You thrive in fast-paced, startup‑like environments and excel at delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, through the right channel. You're hands‑on, love working directly in CRM platforms to build and optimize sophisticated campaigns, and are passionate about improving access to care—pets included.
