With a focus on safety and reliability, you will execute various mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tasks. The ideal candidate will have their 433A/Red Seal certification and at least one year of industrial maintenance experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Welding (stick/TIG) and pipefitting experience are assets.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment.

Job Title: Licensed Millwright (433A/Red Seal)

Location: Cornwall, ON

Hourly Wage: $36.00-$40.00 CAD

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Licensed Millwright to support ongoing operations and maintenance. If you're a motivated tradesperson with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, this is your opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment
  • Repair or replace pumps, motors, agitators, and mechanical systems
  • Execute mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and instrumentation tasks as needed
  • Conduct welding, pipefitting, and installation work
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records through the internal work order system (SAP)
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and aligned with 5S standards
  • Mentor new team members on start-up equipment and maintenance best practices

What You'll Need:

  • 433A/Red Seal Industrial Millwright Certification
  • In good standing with the Ontario College of Trades
  • Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience
  • Welding (stick/TIG) and pipefitting experience are assets
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Comfortable working in variable physical environments and heights
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility to support overtime and emergency maintenance calls
