Develop & Expand Business – Identify and close new commercial insurance opportunities in Calgary and Southern Alberta.
Build Key Relationships – Become the trusted advisor for local business owners, executives, and industry associations.
Deliver Expert Coverage Solutions – Provide tailored solutions across property, liability, specialty, and bonding lines.
Engage Locally – Attend community events, business networking functions, and industry meetups to grow your network.
Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG – Manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups.
Collaborate with Underwriters – Negotiate competitive terms for a wide range of industries.
Drive Revenue Growth – Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.
Active RIBO License (in good standing) – Required
3+ Years Commercial Insurance Experience – Broad commercial product knowledge preferred
Proven success in closing mid-to-large scale accounts
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred); Vertafore SIG experience is a plus
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
