Position: Lease Portfolio Specialist
Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $85,000-$140,000 per annum (commissioned; wages commensurate with experience & productivity)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing guests into another lease contract.
- Contacting guests prior to lease-end to schedule a vehicle inspection.
- Working with Product Advisors to review any specific questions, concerns or special requests guests may have about a new lease contract.
- Presenting lease renewal options.
- Working with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.
- Assisting in the overall sales process, including presenting features, options, benefits of new vehicle model(s) guests express interest in.
- Coordinating with Financial Service Office managers to schedule successful lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
- On-going self-directed learning about current vehicle features to maintain a high standard of product knowledge.
- Following company safety policies and immediately reporting any accidents to a manager/supervisor.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.

- Previous sales experience; ability to speak other languages is an asset.

- A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Ability to communicate and assimilate information consistently with essential job functions.
- Ability to make sound decisions consistently with essential job functions.
