A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Learning Specialist for a 10-month term. The role involves designing and developing learning solutions, facilitating workshops, and analyzing training needs across teams. Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience, be bilingual in French and English, and have a strong background in instructional design. This position is open to residents within Ontario and Quebec, Canada, with hybrid work options available.

In accordance with established procedures and policies and available tools, the Learning Specialist is responsible for the entire design and development cycle of learning solutions for Cogeco employees in North America. In collaboration with various stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, Agile squads), the incumbent analyzes needs, proposes strategies, and creates engaging content. This role requires advanced expertise in digital design tools and the ability to develop and sometimes facilitate workshops to support business objectives.

This position is open to individuals residing within the organization’s footprint, which includes the following locations:
Ontario and Quebec, Canada
