Job summary

A leading automotive service company in Montreal is seeking a Leadership Development Advisor to design and deliver leadership programs. This role requires over 5 years of experience in leadership development and a strong ability to facilitate group dynamics. Bilingual candidates (English/French) are preferred. The Leadership Development Advisor designs, delivers, and evaluates programs that build the capabilities of our current and future leaders. You will act as a trusted partner to business and HR teams, supporting the design and facilitation of leadership programs, assessments, and coaching initiatives that help leaders unlock potential and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-design and facilitate leadership programs and workshops.
  • Administer leadership assessments and provide development insights.
  • Support succession planning and talent review processes by identifying development pathways for leaders.
  • Create leadership resources, playbooks, and digital learning experiences.
  • Evaluate program impact and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a coach and facilitator during leadership sessions and team offsites.
Profile & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or organizational development.
  • Skilled facilitator with knowledge of adult learning, group dynamics, and leadership models.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools (Korn Ferry, MBTI, DISC, etc.).
  • Bilingual (English/French) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Education; coaching certification or Master’s degree an asset.
