MaineHealth Behavioral Health offers transitional residential treatment programs for individuals navigating mental health challenges. Spanning across 12 programs from York to Belfast, our environment fosters support and encourages ongoing treatment and community integration. As a proficient Residential Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing individuals with the chance to enhance their overall functioning and quality of life. By guiding them towards achieving their treatment objectives within both the residential program and the broader community, you'll make a significant impact on their journey towards maintaining recovery and reducing stigma. The Lead Residential Care Worker role assists the Residential Supervisor with operational and administrative tasks. The Lead provides emotional support, skills training, rehabilitation, and personal supervision for clients in their own homes.
