We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with a strong focus on data migration to lead and deliver large-scale Salesforce data initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end migration design, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, load (ETL), validation, and performance tuning for Salesforce org-to-org migrations or legacy system migrations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, integration specialists, business analysts, and Salesforce developers to ensure clean, secure, and seamless data transition.
