Aramark Canada is offering a reliable individual committed to providing exceptional customer service the opportunity to join the team at the Subway in the Killam Library! Reporting to the Supervisor, the Lead Hand is responsible for leading the front-line team in providing an exceptional customer service experience!

Job Responsibilities

• Assures quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers
• Food preparation, including merchandising of food stations, and food service
• Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
• Stock shelves, refrigerators and prep stations
• Adhere to all Aramark and franchise policy and procedures
• May assist Supervisor in adjusting team schedule based on team outages
• May host team huddles to discuss safety briefs, events, and pertinent information
• May perform other job duties as required

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in food service industry required
• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role required
• Experience working in Subway preferred
• Skilled in effective communication both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Flexible; evening and weekend work may be required
