Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in advanced analytics, data science or AI related roles.
• Experience with AI model risk governance documentation.
• Strong data analytics knowledge with an understanding of big data and cloud platforms.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven collaboration and partnership skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Experience creating data visualizations with Tableau or similar tools.
• Experienced in using Python and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fraud AI Model Governance team in model performance monitoring.
• Create metrics, set alert thresholds, and identify model performance issues.
• Deliver and maintain model governance documentation.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure model governance responsibilities are completed.
• Provide oversight for Fraud DSA to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with developers to perform supplemental testing.
