Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in developing or validating FRCM models in Trading Surveillance.
• In-depth knowledge of Trading Strategy & Algorithm.
• Manage validation projects providing junior validators with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Validate Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) models for Trading Surveillance.
• Develop validation testing plans.
• Deliver model validation reports for audits and regulators.

Skills

Knowledge of FCRM modeling

Proficient in Python, H2O.AI, Scala

Excellent communication skills

Project management skills

Education

Post-secondary degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, financial engineering, or engineering
