We are looking for a Base Communication Lead, within our Marketing Communications team. This strategic role oversees customer communications for Cogeco and Breezeline across North America. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strategic mindset who is passionate about the customer experience and excels at transforming complex business objectives into clear, impactful communication.
The candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications across various touchpoints, which includes developing and executing marketing strategies to improve engagement and loyalty. They will also be responsible for creating data-driven, multi-channel communications in collaboration with various teams in an Agile environment and ensuring brand alignment by maintaining consistency in positioning and tone across all communications.
