What will you do?

• Design and develop AI applications; create and deploy autonomous AI agents utilizing LLMs and deep learning models.
• Collaborate across teams. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings to foster a collaborative environment.
• Operational excellence. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI models and systems. Monitor and analyze system performance, addressing any issues proactively.
• Continuous learning and innovation. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI. Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to improve existing solutions.
• Mentorship and knowledge sharing. Provide guidance and training to team members on AI technologies and best practices. Document processes, design patterns, and technical implementations for future reference.

What do you need to succeed?

Must‑Have:

• Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Software development experience:
  • Min 5‑6 years of experience in software development with proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for application deployment.
• Data handling skills:
  • Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security considerations.
• Collaboration and communication:
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile development teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with advanced AI reinforcement learning and autonomous agent development.
• Familiarity with computer vision, speech recognition, or recommendation systems; UI (Angular, NodeJS)
• Certifications in AI or related fields.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or publications in reputable AI conferences.
• Certification from Coursera on Convolutional Neural Networks and Deep Learning Specialization (provide credential IDs).
