• Experience in professional services/consulting.
• Experience as project manager or scrum leader.
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce projects.
• Guide customers in defining use cases and outcomes.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project financials.
• Act as primary contact for clients during projects.
