Landscape Construction Foreman

We're looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to join our dynamic team. If you take pride in

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee & lead hardscape construction teams on high-end outdoor projects

-Execute precision grading, gravel installation, and sod laying

-Install interlock pavers, flagstone, armor stone, and custom stonework

-Build & install custom-designed luxury swimming pools

-Handle concrete pads, pool bottoms, and high-finish detailing

-Operate advanced machinery including excavators, skid steers, tampers, and saws

-Ensure on-time project completion while maintaining top-tier quality

-Install drainage systems and manage grading, trenching, and excavation

-Coordinate materials & equipment, ensuring efficient workflow

-Train & mentor team members, promoting a strong work ethic and craftsmanship

Qualifications

-5 or more years of experience in hardscape, stonework, interlock, or construction.

-3 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role.

-Strong leadership skills with experience managing on-site crews

-Expertise in high-end landscape construction (pools, stonework, grading)

-Valid G-class driver's license & reliable transportation

-Ability to work in all weather conditions while maintaining high standards

-Commitment to year-round, full-time work

-Competitive pay at $28.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience.
