A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LABOURER

As a Labourer, you're right in the action, helping turn damaged spaces into fresh starts. You'll load up the truck, gear up, and head to sites where every job brings something different. One day, you might be clearing debris or setting up equipment; the next, helping with demolition or cleanup after a major restoration. You'll learn from experienced teammates, master the tools of the trade, and take pride in leaving each site safer and better than when you arrived. Your hard work and drive keep projects on track and customers one step closer to getting their spaces back.

Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction or cleaning techniques
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
  • Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective communication skills and a positive team attitude
  • Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract depending
  • Fit test and other safety certifications
  • Includes participation in a rotating on‑call schedule
  • Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
