What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide day‑to‑day interpretation and administration of 14 collective agreements
  • Manage seniority processes, grievance handling, and discipline administration
  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations and advise on progressive discipline
  • Support collective bargaining preparation and execution, including gathering and analyzing data to support bargaining positions, drafting proposals and counter‑proposals, as well as participating in negotiations and maintaining detailed records
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with union representatives
  • Support arbitration and mediation processes, including documentation and case preparation
  • Monitor and assess labour trends and legislative changes to inform strategy
  • Build strong relationships and credibility with front‑line management
  • Manage headcount and position tracking
  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support strategic HR planning
  • Stay current on internal business knowledge and HR trends
What You Bring:
  • Passion for the Canadian Sports & Media industry
