Qualifications

  • Minimum of six to eight years cooking experience in a high-end environment.
  • Experience in a 5-star international hotel and/or top caliber restaurant.
  • A minimum of two years previous as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef.
  • BC Food Safe Certification is required.

Responsibilities
