Job description

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed
• Assist on projects, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies
• Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.
• Assigning tasks to the right team members, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Keep the project team focused on the end goal and communicate changes/impacts
• Communicate project status to stakeholders (internal Sodales and external client) and key project participants such as 3rd party vendors along with critical path items.
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and timeline to reduce risks
• Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities of Sodales including internal projects
• Standardize tools and template for project management
• Work with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients
• Train Sodales employees on Sodales project methodology and frameworks/sample deliverables
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team leadership skills by building relationships internally and externally.
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as other tools such as Jira and MPP.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in computer science, Project management, business management and related fields
• 1 + years of PM experience as SaaS Project Manager
• Experience with SAP technologies is a plus
• Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementations
• Must be located in Canada
• Must have worked in Canada for atleast 2 years
• Must have outstanding presentation skills
• Graduation from a recognized post-secondary program in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or Engineering with 1 to 2 years related experience.
