• 1-2 years of experience in network technician or NOC positions.
• Proficient in Cisco IOS.
• Understanding of VLANs/STP and IP subnetting is essential.

• Assist senior engineers in generating configurations and documentation.
• Create device configurations for routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Update network diagrams in Visio for topologies and rack elevations.
• Support project cutovers by testing connectivity.
• Collaborate with project managers on timelines and integration efforts.

• Create device configurations for routers, switches, and firewalls using standardized templates
• Update network diagrams in Visio for topologies and rack elevations
• Support project cutovers by testing connectivity and managing IPAM records
• Collaborate with project managers on timelines and integration efforts
• Maintain NMS tools for asset tracking
• Participate in maintenance windows for deployments
