Junior Graphic Designer – Greater Toronto Area

Location: Toronto (Head Office)

Contract: 1-Year Term

Reporting to: Operations Director and Marketing Supervisor

B’nai Brith Canada is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to elevate our visual communications and drive high-impact content across all platforms. This role is fast-paced and high-pressure, supporting a national organization that responds rapidly to unfolding events. You will work closely as part of our marketing team to shape the creative direction of the B’nai Brith brand and support advocacy, community programming, and public-facing campaigns.

About the Role

Your day-to-day work may include designing:

  • Short-form video assets and animations
  • General brand collateral
  • Social media graphics and campaigns
  • Social media ad campaigns

Main Purpose of the Job
  • Create high-quality design assets for marketing, branding and social media
  • Support brand development and maintain consistency across platforms
  • Produce graphics for digital and print materials

  • Create and maintain social media ads to grow the various social media ccounts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, graphic design, or a relevant field
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or design
  • Experience working within the Jewish community is a significant asset
