Join our team as a Junior Civil Infrastructure Technologist and be part of impactful land development and municipal infrastructure projects that shape communities. Starting in May 2026, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow your skills, and work alongside industry experts who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and technologists.

  • Fieldwork, including full-time on-site construction inspection of the installation of storm, sanitary, water, and road infrastructure.
  • Preparation of status and daily inspection reports for documentation of work observed.
  • Assisting with Contractor Payment Certificates and deficiency reviews.
  • Completing topographic surveys.
  • Contributing to the preparation of civil infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Preparation construction cost estimates, tender documents, and specifications.
  • Taking on additional opportunities to learn and grow as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Civil Engineering Technology Diploma (3-year advanced diploma).
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Clear and confident communication skills (oral and written).
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate in a team setting.
  • Aptitude with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
  • G license and access to a vehicle.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant co‑op experience.
  • This role is designed fornew graduates ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll gain valuable project exposure, mentorship, and the chance to contribute to meaningful infrastructure work from day one.
