Job description

This position is responsible for a variety of daily functions related to the receipt, quality review, pick, pack, and shipment processes within the Distribution Center for JTG USA. The role supports accurate inventory flow, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Inventory Receiving & Quality Assurance
  • Receive all incoming inventory.
  • Reconcile invoices and inventory received to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming product for quality issues or discrepancies.
  • Conduct thorough online research on product as needed to verify quality and authenticity.
  • Make decisions on accepting or declining incoming inventory.
  • Enter accurate information into the system.
  • Slot and audit all received inventory.
Order Picking & Packing
  • Retrieve products from shelves based on item numbers using a scanner with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stage items correctly in appropriate boxes for delivery.
  • Pack orders in a timely manner.
  • Locate mis-picks and missing products (CK Runner).
  • Prepare packed orders for shipment, including paper‑filling boxes, stacking, and wrapping pallets.
  • Perform box‑making as needed.
General Warehouse Operations
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support overall warehouse flow and organization.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use scanning devices.
  • Basic understanding of numbers and letters.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing and able to be on feet and walk for long periods of time.
  • Physically capable of bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to carry, push, and pull 20+ lbs.
  • Ability to work under varying (and sometimes extreme) temperature conditions.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak business periods (e.g., November and December).
