Role and Responsibilities
  • Target-Driven Sourcing: Execute strategic and targeted outreach using proprietary methodologies to consistently source, qualify, and secure top-tier professional talent.
  • Market Penetration: Develop and maintain a strategic network of professional candidates and maintain relationships knowing who is available.
  • Online Presence: Developing job postings and advertising opportunities on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Attracting candidates, conducting interviews (phone / video / in-person), and matching qualified candidates with available opportunities.
  • Coaching: Advise candidates throughout the interviewing process providing relevant information and preparation tips.
  • Interview Coordination: Lead all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering / providing interview feedback.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead all aspects of the placement process, including candidate-client negotiations, presenting offers, conducting reference checks, and driving agreements to successful closure.
  • Documentation: Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for meticulous tracking, forecasting, and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely documentation of all candidate interactions.
  • Accountability: Maintain relentless focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify new recruitment strategies and opportunities to help the team improve and grow.
  • Brand Awareness: Aggressively promote the Expand Reach brand through targeted digital outreach, online blogging, professional networking, and relationship building.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven success in a highly competitive, sales-focused role (Recruitment, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development).
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • A "Hunter" Mentality: You are highly Self-Driven, Goal-Oriented, and Relentlessly Focused on Results.
  • Exceptional Negotiation and Persuasion Skills with a track record of closing deals and managing complex client/candidate relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—you must be comfortable making high-volume cold calls and persuasive presentations.
  • Highly organized with an innate attention to detail, capable of managing a fast-paced pipeline.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology (CRM/ATS systems) to manage metrics and drive efficiency.
