Your daily pursuit is creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service that inspires tomorrow's adventure.

What will your compensation be?

The starting wage for this position is $16.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience by actively greeting and engaging with all guests as they enter the restaurant.
  • Work a variety of shifts that may include food running, hosting, bussing tables, barista, restocking, and basic bartending.
  • Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, responsibly handling cash, credit cards, and cash-out forms.
  • Provide guests with exceptional service while implementing Pursuit Hospitality Standards.
  • Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of service and dining areas.
  • Work professionally during periods of high volume, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional and consistent dining experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be enthusiastic about hospitality and providing warm, engaging service to high volumes of guests in a professional manner.
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Pro-Serve qualification.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments at a high altitude; be prepared for all weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hail) as the restaurant is at the top of Whistler's Mountain.
  • Secondary language skills are an asset.
