Overview

Role: Front of House Supervisor, Pursuit Collection – Jasper, AB (Seasonal, Full-time)

Location: Jasper, AB

Pay: $20 per hour

Season: Seasonal position beginning March 4 or May 6 and running through November 3, 2025

Responsibilities
  • Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional food and beverage experience.
  • Actively participating in the daily food and beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties.
  • Coordinate food and beverage orders and inventory with the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions; preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
  • Act as the direct line of support in handling any service-related issues, actively listening to guest concerns and finding effective resolution; escalating as required.
  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of F&B supervisory experience.
  • Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments at a high altitude; be prepared for all weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hail).
  • Proven track record of safety first practices (asset).
  • Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash outs.
  • Secondary language skills (asset).
