In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software
• Provide technical support to computer users ranging from level 1 to 3
• Assist in resolving issues related to systems, networks, and applications
• Apply IT security measures, including updates
• Manage and maintain the IT inventory
• Participate in system optimization and technological process improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to deploy new IT tools and solutions
• Participate in the acquisition of IT supplies
