Requirements

• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, particularly VMware ESXi.
• Hands‑on experience with various database management systems, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows Server and various Linux distributions.
• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Kubernetes is preferred.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Knowledgeable in DevOps practices utilizing Git, Jenkins, T‑SQL, Shell Scripting, and PL/SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across various platforms effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude towards system maintenance and security improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support AWS and Azure cloud environments to ensure efficient and secure operation.
• Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and ESXi, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and optimize databases like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases while ensuring data integrity.
• Configure and manage operating systems, including Windows and Linux distributions, to support business operations.
• Oversee DNS configurations, VPN setups, and network security protocols to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, Shell Scripting, Python, or PowerShell to enhance system processes.
• Implement container orchestration solutions like Kubernetes for scalable application deployment.
• Manage Git, Jenkins, and related CI/CD pipelines as part of the DevOps team for continuous integration and delivery.
• Monitor system health with REST APIs and other monitoring tools, troubleshoot proactively, and maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
