The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and software. This role ensures that all colleagues receive IT helpdesk support to increase operational excellence within the firm.   • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software, including deploying new laptops and resolving technical issues.
  • Deliver IT helpdesk support during standard business hours (MST), with occasional on‑call or after‑hours on‑site assistance.
  • Provide on‑site IT support for the Calgary office and travel as needed to other Western Canada locations.
  • Support office technology, including networking (Wi‑Fi), meeting room AV systems, and printers.
  • Safeguard data security and maintain system integrity, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, and other technology projects.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with broker management software, M365, and other accounts and services, and liaise with senior IT staff and vendors as required.
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • Computer Science Degree or Network Administration Diploma
  • Three (3) years of IT support experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience supporting Office 365 apps and cloud services
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with non‑technical staff
  • Strong documentation and discovery skills
