What You’ll Do
  • Provide a u201Ccenter of excellenceu201D standard for customer service.
  • Supporting the IT Operations Manager and the senior services team to uphold the IT experience, delivering a service that is both responsive to identified incidents and proactive in continuously improving the technology solutions.
  • Initial point of contact to triage IT issues submitted from internal clients through our centralized support line or through our ticketing system.
  • Provide timely and effective IT technical support to resolve issues related to hardware, software, telephony, network, and security utilizing our IT support software solutions.
  • Maintain proper inventory of IT assets.
  • Provide clear and effective written and verbal communication as needed.
  • Support a diverse set of mobility platforms including IOT tablets and IOS devices
  • Support MDM solutions for mobility platforms.
  • Responsible for PC, laptop and mobile hardware deployments.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving IT equipment to stores and warehouses.
  • Responsible for ensuring end user satisfaction.
Do You Fit the Part?
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience is an asset.
  • A valid driveru2019s license and vehicle are required as the successful candidate will be required to visit various locations on occasion.
  • Working knowledge of
  • Core Microsoft products such as Windows Desktop.
  • AD/Azure administration, Office 365 & related products.
  • Android, IOS, ABM, Intune experience is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of network and Internet technologies troubleshooting.
  • Printer administration: Setup and management of network printers.
  • Strong communication skills & ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to install, configure, and maintain computer software and hardware in a logical manner.
  • Ability to work with customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Strong history of positive customer interaction and customer support.
  • Prior support experience in a retail space is an asset.
  • Be results-oriented with tasks and complete with high sense of urgency and quality.
  • A high capacity for learning new technologies.
  • Good public relations skills with the ability to remain courteous, tactful, and diplomatic in dealing with internal and external clients.
