Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of Fortune 100/500/1000 and other companies in Canada/US. We currently have a role as a Bilingual Sales Representative for IT Service Delivery (ENG-FRN) with our global infrastructure IT consulting client at their Montreal, QC location. This role requires bilingual proficiency in both English and French.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative for IT Service Delivery to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for IT infrastructure services. Prior experience working with organizations such as HCL, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, and IBM is preferred. The role focuses on selling service delivery solutions across various verticals including infrastructure management, application development, consulting services, and digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities in IT infrastructure service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT infrastructure service solutions.
  • Present and promote service delivery offerings such as infrastructure management, consulting services, cloud solutions, and application development.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with potential clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT service delivery space, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery solutions in areas like cloud services, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and application services.
  • Experience working with or selling services from companies such as Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, HCL, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, or IBM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of IT outsourcing models and managed services.
  • Established network in relevant industries or verticals.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
