Salary: $83,800 - $120,600
The Business Analyst acts as the primary interface to IMT’s business to collect and document requirements and generate business cases, defining costs and benefits of a demand blueprinting process, and process mapping prior to being approved and included in the project portfolio. This role formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and good understanding of applicable business systems.
The Business Analyst is competent to work independently and at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application technology to the current and future business environment.
The Business Analyst is responsible to perform analysis of business user needs, understanding and documenting requirements, current and future state processes, and translating into proper system requirements specifications.
The Business Analyst will utilize broad IT knowledge and their knowledge of the IMT business to implement IT solutions that reflect the functionality necessary to address business goals and objectives.
