• Experience with Intermodal shipping.
• Experience in cross-border shipping, full-truckload as well as less-than-truckload.
• Experience in third-party logistics or brokerage role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations for assigned customer accounts.
• Support customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests.
• Work closely with drivers and carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipment performance and resolve delivery delays.
• Assist in margin improvement efforts by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all required audit documentation is complete before dispatch.
• Communicate accurate ETAs to customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers and customers.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
