Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Comprehensive Intake and Care, the Intake Coordinator is responsible for the overall tasks involved with client intake, conducting interRAI CHA pre-screener assessments, communicating effectively with internal and external resources, collecting statistical information, and maintaining an accurate, relevant database. The position also provides backup support in the transportation program. The Intake Coordinator is required to perform duties in a manner consistent with Dixon Hall’s Mission, Vision and Values, ensure safety, and demonstrate customer service excellence. The working hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
