Insurance Sales Account Executive

As an Account Executive with Western Financial Group, you will use your expertise in Commercial Lines Insurance to prospect and bring new clients to the organization, ensuring your customers have the coverage they need.

Here is what a typical day looks like
  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
  • Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
  • Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long term sustainable growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
  • Continuous self‑development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses.

  • General Level 2 License and insurance industry knowledge is required.

Hours: Full‑Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours / week
