A leading technology solutions company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves driving revenue growth through project-based sales, managing relationships internally and with clients, and utilizing CRM tools. Successful candidates will have a degree in engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of inside sales experience, and a strong ability to generate leads and present business analysis. We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a project‑based sales cycle environment for our Secure Power Central Team. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives in various ways.
Internally, you will build strong relationships within Schneider Electric, acting as a liaison between our Market Pricing, Project Coordinators, and Transactional & Edge (T&E) Sales Representative.
Externally, you will cultivate and support strong relationships with our customer base and distributors to develop vertical leads, formulate strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in driving the sales funnel.

The compensation range for this full‑time position, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive, is $81,600–$122,400 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
