About the Opportunity

This role is critical for driving revenue growth and market share across British Columbia, Alberta and the Territories. The inside Sales Representative is responsible for the full sales cycle, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and sale support for both new and existing accounts.

The successful candidate will operate as an independent, results‑driven member of the Sales team, employing proactive inside sales strategies to generate business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients and generate prospective business primarily through proactive inside sales strategies, including cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and following up on qualified leads.
  • Re‑engage former clients to identify and secure present or future business opportunities, expanding the company's regional footprint.
  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline status within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Operations to report key information regarding new and returning business to ensure seamless service implementation.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of common office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with a proven ability to independently manage a large territory and prioritize daily tasks.
  • High level of professional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
  • Experience in B2B (business‑to‑business) inside sales or tele‑sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Post‑secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or freight industry. Prior experience using a CRM platform (e.g., Maximizer, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
