Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in industrial quality.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 (ASME Section III is a plus).
  • Proficiency with quality tools like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, and Pareto.
  • Skilled in technical drawing reading and metrology.
  • Comfortable with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions).
  • Manage customer complaints (RMA) and coordinate resolutions.
  • Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to build upon this reputation with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General Quality Organization Support
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ASME)
  • Create and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions)
  • Participate in internal & external audits (customers, certification bodies)
  • Participate in contract reviews and CoC approval processes
  • Manage customer complaints (RMA) and coordinate cross department resolution
  • Participation in procedure development and revisions of existing procedures
  • Support supplier audits and monitor supplier performance
  • Training
  • Report-outs to various departments to support compliance with training requirements
  • Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
  • Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
