A managed hosting provider in Metro Vancouver is looking for two Infrastructure Engineers. You will support Microsoft environments and troubleshoot network issues while working in a collaborative team. We’re currently supporting a growing managed hosting provider who are looking to expand their team with TWO new Infrastructure Engineers!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit, highly technical team where you’ll not only be supporting clients but also shaping solutions, delivering projects, and getting exposure to core hosting infrastructure.

The Roles

As part of the Infrastructure team, you’ll be:

• Supporting Microsoft environments (Windows Server, AD, RDS, Exchange & Hyper-V)
• Handling a wide range of support queries (phone, email & ticketing)
• Troubleshooting complex network issues (Firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs)
• Maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Contributing to customer projects and systems upgrades
• Occasionally visiting UK data centres and participating in out-of-hours work (paid overtime)

What We’re Looking For:

1st Line Infrastructure Engineer

• General IT support experience
• Good knowledge of M365
• Driver’s licence & own vehicle

2nd / 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

• Strong experience with VMware, Hyper-V, M365
• Background in IT Support (ideally MSP environment)
• Driver’s licence & own vehicle
