Qualifications

• Candidates must have an Alberta Security License.
• 1 year of industrial security experience is required.
• A Class 5 driver's license with no more than 6 demerits is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with security staff to enhance service quality.
• Oversee cost spending and monitor profit margins.
• Manage equipment assets as per contract requirements.
• Administer the use of security software.
• Engage with HR Manager on people matters as needed.
• Strive for operational efficiencies and continual improvement.
• Ensure contracts are followed and client satisfaction is met.
• Provide guidance to mitigate potential risks.
• Assist in emergencies and work on-call as needed.
