A leading building materials company in Delta is seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright. You will be responsible for mechanical maintenance, performing repairs, and ensuring the reliability of plant equipment. Candidates must hold a BC Certificate of Qualification, have over 5 years of experience in industrial environments, and be dependable. 8 hour day shift (6:30am - 3:00pm), Monday - Friday 5 days a week. (plus OT)
$49.15/hour
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Millwright is responsible for completing mechanical maintenance work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor, and other plant personnel, to ensure suitable availability and reliability of plant equipment and machinery associated with the manufacture of wallboard.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a permanent, full-time position
Additional red seals as a welder and/or A-ticket pipefitter would be advantageous
