About the Opportunity

Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Maintenance, and Operations, the Industrial Mechanic / Millwright contributes to the safe and effective operation of the facilities by maintaining and performing preventative maintenance routines of all types of buildings and hospital equipment. This will include, but is not limited to, repair and maintenance of equipment such as pumps, compressors, fans, mechanical systems and components, fire suppression, building grounds and facility infrastructure. The role also assists other trades as needed.

About You
  • Provincial Industrial Mechanic/Millwright Certification
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright
  • Ability to withstand the physical nature of the job, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing involving heights, and the lifting and moving of heavy and awkward objects
  • Ability to operate various motor vehicles, machinery, tools and equipment related to the work environment
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

  • Permanent Full‑time / 75 Hours Bi‑weekly
Compensation and Benefits

$30.28–$36.04 Hourly
