Franklin Empire Inc. seeks an Account Manager for the Newmarket Branch to drive sales and profitability with existing and new industrial and OEM customers.

You will promote products, evaluate opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. The role involves delivering technical presentations, optimizing travel to cut costs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the electrical field.
• Knowledge of automation, sensing and communications solutions.
• Negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Available for travel within the defined region.
• Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS-Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and develop sales and profitability for the territory and the market segment, among both existing and future industrial and OEM customers.
• Promote and increase visibility of Franklin Empire products and branding.
• Evaluate and manage potential business opportunities and projects.
• Provide solutions to problems to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, in partnership with internal teams.
• Provide both oral and written technical presentations.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Optimize travel to reduce costs.
• Optimize the purchasing habits of certain customers to reduce operating costs.
• Keep up to date on the technical requirements of products and on changes in customers and competition.
